Sales Executive [Valves & Actuators | $5k + AWS + VB]

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and marketing efforts for valves and actuators (own brand and well-established brands in the industry).
  • Secure and generate new sales opportunities to achieve company order targets.
  • Proactively develop new business from scratch, identifying potential customers and market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users in industrial markets, with a primary focus on semiconductor and petrochemical industries.
  • Conduct market research to gather industry insights, track competitor activities, and expand sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Warehouse, Engineering, Factories, and the Japan Head Office.
  • Understand customer needs, follow up on ongoing projects, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage customer claims and liaise with relevant departments to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Handle any ad-hoc duties assigned by the MD or GM.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in valves, actuators, or a related industry in a sales role, including planning sales approaches.
  • Strong business development skills, capable of expanding sales from scratch.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with semiconductor and petrochemical industry.
