Sales Executive [Timber & Wood Trading | Up to $6k]

Responsibilities:
- Export sales and trading of wood-related products.
- Develop new markets and manage existing customers.
- Develop new suppliers and maintain relationships with current suppliers.
- Prepare sales contracts and purchase orders.
- Ensure compliance with legal export requirements, internal policies, and procedures.
- Monitor export sales transactions and review customer responses for orders and payments.
- Provide recommendations for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Resolve customer issues and collaborate to streamline export processes.
- Execute business strategies and plans set by the manager.
- Increase sales revenue and market share across segments.
- Work with sales teams to enhance relationships and opportunities.
- Provide regular reports to sales management.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–4 years of sales experience in the timber-related industry (experience in related industries like paper manufacturing may be considered).
- Willing to travel overseas.
- Open to attending weekend and night events when required.
- Achieve volume and profit targets while providing insights to the margin management department.
- Strong sales experience, preferably with medium and large clients.
- Well-organized, proactive, creative, and self-sufficient.
- Good teamwork and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of Incoterms.
