Sales Executive (Sales Rep Team Lead)

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team (e.g., Sales Representatives, Promoters) to achieve sales and business objectives.
- Enhance sales coverage efficiency by analyzing and interpreting data.
- Maximize ROI through new initiatives and effective negotiations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure successful trade executions.
- Provide feedback on sales and operational issues, competitor promotions and pricing, as well as market sentiment.
- Oversee all sales and trade activities at assigned outlets.
- Execute Sales & Merchandising strategies, especially First In, First Out (FIFO) inventory management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and seminars as needed, including working on weekends and public holidays.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry (Household goods, consumer goods, or baby-care products), preferably with experience in e-commerce channels.
- Previous experience in sales account management for modern trade or experience in managing a team of sales representatives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, or equivalent.
- Detail-oriented with strong business acumen, a passion for research, data analysis, and problem-solving.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Business Centre.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Possess a driving license and own a vehicle.
