Sales Executive [Regional Sales | West | AWS + VB]

Responsibilities:
Plan & Specification (30%)
- Identify data center customer needs to enhance order acquisition.
- Conduct company and product presentations for owners, consultants, and new stakeholders.
- Secure brand specification in consultant and owner vendor lists.
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, GSC, and other teams to handle inquiries.
Business Development (40%)
- Identify and engage new data center customers and consultants.
- Support key account and regional managers with new contacts.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer needs.
- Communicate insights to maximize sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Expand business into new industry segments and develop market entry strategies.
Sales Activities & Engagement (20%)
- Meet with customers/dealers to assess needs and strengthen relationships.
- Attend exhibitions, seminars, and networking events to enhance brand awareness.
- Handle inquiries and project tenders in assigned regions.
Product Development (10%)
- Work with engineering and marketing teams to enhance products and marketing materials.
- Gather client feedback and relay it to relevant teams for product and service improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company environmental practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Sales Engineer experience, preferably in electrical products.
- Strong technical presentation skills.
- Skilled in Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and data analytics.
- Strong ability to negotiate and persuade stakeholders.
- Confident in breaking the ice and engaging with new contacts.
- Willing to take on ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Open to travel overseas.
