Sales Engineer (PRESALES)
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility is to address the technical business solution needs of partners and end users by providing presales support in the following areas:
- Presentations
- Demos
- Proof of Concepts (POC)
- Proposal writing
- Compliance tables
- Statements of Work (SOW)
- Training and product enablement
- Develop expertise and obtain certifications for assigned products and technologies through both self-directed and formal training.
- Independently conduct hands-on Proof of Concepts (POC).
- Present the vendor’s solution to partners and end-users autonomously.
- Provide updates and training sessions to partners and end-users as needed.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and channel account managers to drive opportunities to closure.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of activities.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in IT network and cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of security and networking infrastructure environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and personal skills.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy.
