Job Responsibilities:

• Achievement of sales & Orders, profit, and strategic objectives for the assigned regions
• To provide strategy, vision & actions plan to increase the loyalty and sales of the ASEAN customers for the company’s Products & Solutions
• To actively participate & contribute towards the completion of Country Growth Plan (ASEAN, Oceania)
• Expand new customers for ASEAN, Oceania
• Expand our SI and distribution network for ASEAN market
• To conduct monthly review with distributors for early project detection & opportunity for ASEAN
• Debt Monitoring & Collections
• Engage in active sales visit with distributors, consultant, SI, Panel Builder and End User
• Market studies and feed backs to Yaskawa Japan

  • Market values
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:
[Must]

• At least 3-5 years of Sales & Marketing experience or Business Development experience in relevant industry (VFD)
• Proven track record in sales of industrial products
• Strong knowledge of drives and its industry applications
• Able to travel ASEAN region (mainly Australia)
• Experience in product support for pre-sales and post-sales to distributors, OEM, Consultants, and end users
• Possess creativity in problem solving
• Highly motivated individual
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in Automation market, OEM applications
