Sales Advisor [EV Industry | 5 Days Work Week]

Responsibilities:
- Engage walk-in guests promptly, personally, and open the conversation, and ensure they feel welcome
- Help drive business and maximize sales through customer service, product knowledge, merchandise presentation, and promotion
- Implement all operational policies and procedures to satisfy the needs of the customer while helping the brand achieve its goals
- Understand who our guests are, what brought them here, and their intent and timeline to purchase, thus creating a robust Customer Profile
- Educate and excite guests by answering their questions and providing a tailored experience based on their interests and agenda
- Demonstrate a mastery of all the brand products and services, as well as local incentives for EV owners
- Help the brand maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information and scheduling Test Drives for individuals who exhibit purchase intent or potential
- Regularly update the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely sales and delivery information is available to management
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service is preferred
- Available to work in the evenings and on weekends
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
- Strong verbal communication skills
