Responsibilities

• Implement and manage safety programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and promote a safety culture.
• Conduct inspections of procedures, facilities, and equipment to identify unsafe conditions and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with management and employees to raise safety awareness and encourage individual responsibility.
• Assist in investigating accidents/incidents, determine causes, recommend preventive measures, and conduct safety training.
• Monitor adherence to safety protocols and collaborate with product factories to improve technical safety management.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a workplace safety officer in the manufacturing or engineering industry.
