A luxury bridal jewelry brand from Japan. Company provides both team and individual commission on top of AWS.
Responsibilities

• Assist and attend to in-store customers, responding to inquiries and providing excellent service.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of products and services, offering expert guidance to customers.
• Conduct sales with confidence and enthusiasm, creating a joyful and engaging customer experience.
• Show a keen interest in startups and business growth, actively working to develop your skills.
• Employ and apply “Omotenashi” sales techniques, incorporating Japanese hospitality principles to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and overall store efficiency.
• Prepare for and participate in wedding events and expos, ensuring successful event execution.

Requirements

• Non-experience candidates with keen interest in exploring the luxury retail line are welcomed to apply.
• Prior retail sales experience in marketing jewelry related products will have an added advantage.
• Candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are desired.
• Willingness to learn and building experience from scratch is well appreciated.
