Purchasing Officer (West)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all delivery orders are in accordance to PO and verification of DO for preparation of payment.
• Call for quotations and source for new supplies if need and recommendation of award.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Follow up on complaints on product quality.
• Process and generate PO/RO.

Requirements:

• Min diploma holder
• At least 3 years of Purchasing experience in the Construction / Civil Engineering industry highly preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Willing to work in a site office
