Marketing Executive ( Cosmetic | FMCG | Central)
Responsibilities :
- Lead brand initiatives to maximize productivity and visibility.
- Develop and execute strategies for store displays, promotions, visual merchandising, and communications.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts and negotiate terms to enhance brand support
- Analyze sales performance to optimize promotional strategies for fast- and slow-moving products.
- Develop annual sales and A&P (Advertising and Promotion) plans.
- Manage inventory to ensure adequate stock levels for promotional activities
- Implement brand initiatives, including store activations and collaborations with social media influencers/KOLs.
- Conduct market analysis to track trends and improve brand performance.
- Work with distributors to identify trends and optimize performance, particularly in the Malaysia market.
- Share brand strategies and success stories across regions.
- Align with distributors on brand direction, marketing mechanics, and product availability.
- Foster positive relationships with distributors and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a buyer in cosmetic-related industry
- Independent and familiar with POS system
