Responsibilities:

  • Manage business operation automation and maintenance tasks for EUCs, primarily developed using Microsoft Access, including forms, queries, modules, tables, reports, and macros.
  • Oversee the entire SDLC, from requirement definition to go-live, for EUC maintenance and related projects.
  • Manage tasks related to SSIS, stored procedures, PowerShell scripts, SQL Server, and general database technologies on Windows Server.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project partners. Ensure clear and effective communication.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders to simplify complex technical situations for non-IT end users.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • Min 8 years of experience in similar Service Delivery Manager positions.
  • Working experience in a banking IT unit and hands-on experience with programming (preferably Microsoft Access VBA—forms, queries, modules, tables, reports, macros).
  • Experience in the entire Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirement definition to go-live, using any programming language.
  • Experience with SQL Server, SSIS, stored procedures, PowerShell scripts, and general database technology on Windows Server.
  • Good communication skills (spoken & written) in Japanese in order to liaise with Japanese speaking clients.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information in a simple, user-friendly manner for non-IT stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in proposing and implementing continuous improvements for maintenance services.
  • Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to manage both personal tasks and a team effectively.
