Luxury Goods Appraisal Specialist [Japanese Speaking]

• Respond customer’s enquiries via WhatsApp
• Explain the purchasing process
• Prepare the quotation, invoice etc
• Check the authentication of incoming luxury items and jewelries
• Simple translation support

Requirements:

• Able to speak basic Japanese (JLPT N3 for above) to liaise with Japanese speaking related party
• Willing to work on weekends
• Possess working experience in customer service, customer-facing role
• Non-experience is welcome to apply
