Logistic Manager (Warehouse/Shipping Operations)

Responsibilities :

• Plan and coordinate resources for daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Oversee both warehouse and shipping operations, ensuring efficiency and timely distribution.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and uphold safety standards within the work environment.
• Manage shelving and storage systems to optimize space and organization.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock takes, and audits to verify results.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by incorporating principles from the Toyota Production System (e.g., Kaizen, Genchi Genbutsu) to refine and optimize warehouse processes.
• Control costs, manage budget, and negotiate with vendors to achieve cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor and analyze key operational KPIs, submitting comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Requirements :

• At least 3 years supervisory experience
• Willing to do hands on operations and customer service oriented
• Strong project and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements
• Degree in Logistics or relevant studies
