Responsibilities :

  • Lead and oversee business operation projects aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness in Quality, Cost, and Time.
  • Manage inventory distribution projects by analyzing and strategizing distribution trends to optimize logistics inventory turnover.
  • Drive customer service operational efficiency initiatives, improving workflow, information sharing, and interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Coordinate with HQ on global operational projects, ensuring successful execution to optimize overall operations.
  • Collaborate with HQ on implementing new systems for Logistics (WMS) and Customer Service (Ordering System).
  • Achieve KPIs and provide monthly performance reports to HQ following project implementation.
  • Assist the Managing Director in developing strategic projects for SEA Operations in alignment with the overall SEA business plan.
  • Plan and coordinate resources for daily inbound/outbound warehouse operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee warehouse and shipping operations to ensure efficient and timely distribution while maintaining customer service and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory accuracy through regular monitoring, cycle counts, stock takes, and audits, while promoting continuous improvement through lean methodologies such as Kaizen and Genchi Genbutsu.

Requirements : 

  • Over 10 years of experience in logistics and customer service operations, with at least 3 years at the Director level, leading operational improvement initiatives.
  • Expertise in managing projects focused on enhancing Quality, Cost, and Time (QCT) performance, with a proven track record in inventory management across Southeast Asia.
  • Extensive experience in leading cross-functional, cross-border collaboration projects, demonstrating strong project management skills, including planning, organization, and coordination.
  • Degree in logistics or relevant studies
