Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to the restaurant’s standards and recipes.
- Ensure consistent quality and hygiene standards in food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow specific recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation and production of various food items.
- Restock kitchen supplies as directed by the supervisor.
- Be familiar with and properly utilize all kitchen equipment.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Committed and reliable.
- Possess a positive attitude: proactive, patient, humble, and eager to learn.
- Driven with a can-do attitude, passionate about the job, and a good team player.
