Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food according to the restaurant’s standards and recipes.
• Ensure consistent quality and hygiene standards in food preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Follow specific recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Assist in the preparation and production of various food items.
• Restock kitchen supplies as directed by the supervisor.
• Be familiar with and properly utilize all kitchen equipment.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Committed and reliable.
• Possess a positive attitude: proactive, patient, humble, and eager to learn.
• Driven with a can-do attitude, passionate about the job, and a good team player.
