Key Account Manager (Commercial Furnishings)

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for project specifications in the lighting sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, architects, lighting designers, and interior planners in Singapore and the ASEAN market.
• Collaborate with channel partners to initiate specification sales activities for project stakeholders.
• Train and develop accounts to align with the company’s architectural lighting philosophy.
• Provide bi-annual reports to the Regional Manager on account performance and activities, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators.
• Conduct regular visits to key accounts and channel partners to strengthen relationships.
• Understand project requirements and propose appropriate lighting solutions or technical support to meet the needs of designers, architects, and planners.
• Work with the in-house lighting design team to create architectural lighting specifications for projects.
• Lead projects and work with channel partners to ensure timely project completion.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to organize quarterly brand awareness activities.
• Work with the Marketing team to distribute promotional materials for business development.
• Monitor competition and new developments in the market.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online media communication, with basic knowledge of Dialux/BIM and architectural lighting software tools 
• Experience with DIALux EVO, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
• Strong business acumen.
• Over 3 years of experience in architectural lighting or project specification for luxury architectural equipment (preferred).
• B2B and B2C sales experience in commercial, museum, public works, luxury residential, or construction industries.
• A strong network of relationships with stakeholders, developers, architects, and lighting designers in the ASEAN market.
• Experience working across the ASEAN region
