Junior Trader [Metals | Up to $6k | Central]

Responsibilities:
- Seek new business opportunities globally and work as a team to develop new accounts
- Interact with traders and handle negotiations of both parties (seller and buyer)
- Develop new markets and close cooperation with Business Development and other Trading desks
- Assist to develop hedging strategies to lock in profitable physical trades and contribute to the management of the team’s paper positions
- Ensure proper execution of trades (physical and paper)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commercial
- Minimum 3 years of trading experience
- Self-motivated & has the passion to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Possess extensive industry relationships and customer resources
- Good knowledge in statistics, currencies, derivatives, and financial instruments
- Experiences in precious/base metals preferred, other metals will be considered.
