Junior Sales (Degree/ Cap at $4000 + VB)

• Attend to all customers’ enquiries / issues as follows
• Develop and implement short and long term plans to increase market share.
• Developing new customers relationships and maintaining current customer relationships.
• Collaborate closely with BU and factory representatives on new customer development activities.
• Assist the Product Management & Marketing (PMM) group in implementing and executing plans for new customer development.
• Manage overall stock planning and prompt payment collection from assigned customers.
• Participate in company committees, projects, or audits if assigned. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Polymer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or trading roles.
• Proven B2B sales experience
• Advantage – Handling electronics/semiconductor materials (e.g., adhesives, chemical products used in semiconductor front-back processes)
