Inside Sales Executive [Manufacturer | West | Up to $4k + AWS + VB]

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries.
• Prepare quotations, purchase order requisitions, and work orders.
• Process, monitor, and expedite customer orders to ensure on-time delivery of goods.
• Monitor project progress, follow up on updates, and maintain project delivery schedules and filing.
• Coordinate with the export team, purchasing & logistics team, technical team, customers, and vendors throughout the quotation, tender, order requisition, delivery, and invoicing stages.
• Provide sales support to the sales team and manager.
• When necessary, visit domestic clients for clarifications and meetings related to sales objectives.
• Prepare activity update reports and documentation for conferences.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in an Inside Sales or Sales Support role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
