Job Summary: 
We are seeking a meticulous and highly motivated Finance Officer to join our team in Singapore. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth execution of financial operations, compliance with regulatory standards, and the accuracy of financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting and finance, coupled with hands-on experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monthly financial closing, ensuring accurate and complete records.
• Review quarterly GST reports for compliance and accuracy before submission.
• Support annual financial audits in line with SFRS requirements.
• Aid in budget preparation and financial forecasting for business planning.
• Process and review employee expense claims, customer invoices, and supplier payments per company policies.
• Follow up on overdue payments and implement collection strategies.
• Conduct bank, inter-company, and fixed asset reconciliations.
• Prepare management reports (e.g., sales and accounts receivable).
• Handle banking matters, including guarantees and corporate credit cards.
• Support financial controls, policies, and ad-hoc projects as required.

 
Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration from a recognized institution.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance operations, preferably within a Singapore-based organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Excel (advanced functions preferred), and Word.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Xero, Oracle) and familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Solid understanding of Singapore tax regulations, GST reporting, and financial compliance.
