Executive Customer Service [Japanese Speaking]

Responsibilities:

  • Handling correspondence from Head quarters
  • Support card member by providing tourist and local information, reservation work and assistance with all credit card related matter
  • Always follow up on requests made by customers
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times
  • Deal with all enquiries as well as complaints made by customers in a professional and courteous manner on the telephone, online via Line or via email.
  • Keep current promotion, tourist and local information provided for the card member up-to-date
  • Carry out the Sales promotion by offering good and attractive privileges or information to the card member (year-long offer)
  • Contribute to expand our bank’s acceptance in Singapore by promoting the acceptance of our bank’s card by shops and also usage of our bank’s card by customers
  • Maintain and improve the relationships with current merchants and establish the relationships with new merchants
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of Plaza Lounge
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Min 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry with strong customer service skills & ability to handle demanding customers
  • Proficiency in Japanese to liaise/negotiate with Japanese speaking customers
  • Good knowledge of all tourists related requirements and credit card matter
  • Intermediate PC skills
  • Good writing skills
