Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of business solutions/sales executives, overseeing their daily activities. Supervise, train, and guide the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Pursue key prospects, negotiate, and establish favorable sales terms.
• Collaborate with Sales Executives to address sales-related issues and provide guidance and solutions to overcome challenges.
• Monitor the progress and activities of Sales Executives, ensuring they are on track to meet their goals.
• Offer product knowledge and sales training to enhance team performance.
• Collect market insights from feedback provided by Sales Executives.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as Service and Delivery, to ensure smooth customer service and satisfaction.
• Visit customers to assess the progress of product demonstrations and gather feedback.
• Review the performance of individual Sales Executives, providing motivation and encouragement to help them achieve their sales targets.
• Conduct weekly team brainstorming sessions to develop strategies and plans for improving sales performance.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management on an as-needed basis.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience in driving sales teams.
• Proactive, resourceful, and with a strong sales track record.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, customer-focused, and with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Possess own transport
