Desktop Support Engineer [West | Up to $5K]

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve basic hardware and software issues, including operating system and application troubleshooting for end users.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals, ensuring smooth operation and functionality for users.
• Log, track, and manage technical issues via ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with users.
• Assist with user account setup, password resets, and system access permissions while ensuring adherence to security protocols.
• Work closely with senior engineers to escalate unresolved issues and assist in system upgrades, maintenance, and network troubleshooting.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Level 1 Desktop Support Engineer.
