Responsibilities

  • Engage maintenance activities for our peripheral digital equipment at client place.
  • Repair peripheral digital equipment if there is problem after performing diagnostic tasks.
  • Compile data from maintenance/repair work and analyse those data for further improvement.
  • Communicate with client in the ground level and understand what kind of issue client is facing.
  • Involve in project for installation of equipment at client place.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

[Must]

  • Working experience in IT related (infrastructure) field or Degree in IT related field
  • Willing to learn new technology and develop own career with a long-term vision
  • Willing to go overseas business trips (Japan, Macau, Australia, USA, and any other countries where Casinos are)
  • Willing to work on irregular hours (since casino is 24 hs)

[Advantage]

  • Working experience in any Engineering position (Ex. IT infrastructure, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical)
