Customer Service Coordinator (Hybrid/ Science Park/ $3.6k + Bonus)

Responsibilities :
- Processing of Daily Orders
- liaise with QA Dept. on Customer’s specifications
- liaise with respective Production facilities’ planners on Customer’s order and delivery schedules
- communicate/co-ordinate with customers, branch CS and Sales
- daily order entries
- Preparation of Delivery/Shipment Documentations
- liaise with delivery drivers/freight forwarders on delivery/shipping matters
- liaise with Production Facility Packing on daily shipments
- booking of flights and preparation of shipping documents
- Follow-up on Customer’s Complaints
- co-ordinate with customer on rejected goods issue
- preparation of Customer’s Complaint Form, replacement/refund arrangements
- Follow-up with customers on spools, cases and antistatic boxes return
- Follow-up/Update of Monthly Overdue payment
- Monitor & Control of SMI Stock Retention Period and Month/End Stock Reconciliation
- Co-ordinate between TKSG and overseas Branches on Credit Application/Renewal
- General clerical duties, including e-filing, compilation of reports when required
Requirements :
- Min 2-3 years of relevant experience
