Responsibilities
Portfolio focus – Real Estate

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of clients, providing consultative financial analysis to align with their investment goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base and drive revenue expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create customized investment solutions tailored to clients’ financial objectives.
• Offer clients regular market updates, trend analysis, and insights, keeping them informed on investment opportunities and risks.
• Build lasting client relationships by offering expert advice throughout the investment process, while promoting a variety of investment products and strategies, including structured notes, bonds, FX trades, and portfolio management.

Requirements

• Possess minimally 2 years exposure within the real estate investment field with a proven track record in investment management, portfolio management, or financial planning, with an existing pool of accredited investors.
• At least a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
• The ideal candidate would possess strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and strategies.
• This employee should be equipped with excellent interpersonal skills and is able to demonstrate results-driven mentality.
