Responsibilities:

• Focus on acquiring new-to-bank HNW Sign Ups by sourcing individual customers with potential for HNW Sign Ups.
• Promote a wide range of retail and priority products, including unsecured credit cards and insurance, to targeted customer segments.
• Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders within Client Acquisition (CA) and external partners, such as property agents, brokers, and other sales agents.
• Engage with affluent and mass-market clients to facilitate their Priority Sign Up requests.
• Utilize various channels, including marketing campaigns, mortgage inquiries, employee banking events, networking functions, and roadshows.
• Be available to work outside of regular office hours and weekends for networking events, campaigns, and roadshows as required.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings
• Conduct regular market updates and follow-up activities with targeted customer groups to enhance product differentiation and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Relevant sales/acquisition experience in banking sales with a proven sales track record is preferred.
• Highly results-driven, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with strong time management skills and must be able to work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to engage customer of all levels with assertiveness.
• Able to articulate and hold a professional corporate presentation to key stakeholders.
• Team player with initiative and assertiveness.
• Diploma / Degree holder
• 4 years of experience in banking industry
