Car Sales Advisor (Electric Vehicle)

Responsibilities:

• Greet walk-in guests promptly and personally, ensuring they feel welcomed and initiating meaningful conversations.
• Drive business growth and maximize sales by leveraging customer service, product knowledge, effective merchandise presentation, and promotions.
• Implement operational policies and procedures to meet customer needs while supporting the brand’s goals.
• Develop a comprehensive Customer Profile by understanding the guests’ needs, motivations, and timelines to purchase.
• Educate and engage guests by answering their questions and providing a personalized experience based on their interests and needs.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all brand products and services, as well as local incentives for electric vehicle (EV) owners.
• Contribute to maintaining a strong sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information and scheduling test drives for interested buyers.
• Regularly update the CRM system to ensure accurate sales and delivery data is available to management.

Requirements: 

• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for the evolving personal transportation industry.
• Ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects, and meet critical deadlines.
• A dedicated, ethical approach to sales management and operations.
• Capability to understand and explain business and technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Expertise in all brand products and services, with up-to-date knowledge of EV industry trends and local incentives.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
