Call Centre Customer Service (West)

Responsibilities :
- Assist in delivering excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for the customers, consistent with their expectations of a premium brand
- Ensure all internal and external customers have accurate and timely information
- Channel feedback and enquiries for service enhancement and matters in the shortest possible time
- Answer all incoming phone calls and emails; attend to customer enquiries and follow up accordingly
- Plan and manage the schedule of Customer Service Technical Team
- Generate and process service reports, quotations and invoices
- Follow up and respond to all open (pending/outstanding) service jobs
- Work closely with other departments and provide support in administrative duties when necessary
Requirements :
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with internal and third parties Chinese counterpart
- Working experience in Call Centre preferably
- Experience in house hold appliances will be added advantages
