Responsibilities:
Mobility Solutions Development, Planning & Execution

  • Conduct market research, including trends, competitor strategies, regulatory changes, etc.
  • Assist in feasibility studies (commercial and technical viability) and business case development for new mobility solutions across the region.
  • Support collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive new initiatives (including translating business requirements into technical solutions, etc.).
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of initiatives against KPIs, providing timely reports to management.

Data Analysis & Market Insight

  • Develop data-driven insights on customer behavior and vehicle usage patterns from connected cars.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze mobility-related data to identify new business opportunities.
  • (Advantageous) Leverage predictive analytics and machine learning to optimize mobility services.

Technology & Innovation

  • Monitor and assess emerging mobility technologies (autonomous, smart cities, etc.) and identify potential opportunities (investment/partnership) for ecosystem development.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years in business development or project management.
  • Strong financial modeling, market research, and business strategy skills.
  • Knowledge of mobility trends (CASE: Connected, Autonomous, Shared, Electric).
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and communication abilities.
  • Adaptable to ambiguity and multicultural environments.
  • Willing to travel within Southeast Asia.
  • Experience in IT project or mobility service management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Python, SQL) and human-centric design.
  • Knowledge of IoT, connected devices, server/data storage, mobile apps, and APIs.
  • Experience in smart solutions (payment gateways, IT tech, mobility services, IoT, financing, insurance).
