Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales & marketing strategies for valves & instrumentation measurement products.
- Source new business leads to expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key customers.
- Handle MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) and allocated projects effectively.
- Visit potential customers to identify and pursue business opportunities.
- Market the company’s capabilities to new and existing clients.
- Lead and oversee the sales and marketing team to achieve predetermined annual
sales targets. - Uphold and enhance the company’s brand through advanced communication,
interpersonal skills, and team collaboration. - Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
[Must]
- 3 years of experience in handling Control Valves (and instruments products) in the Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemical
- Willing to visit local customers in person often
- Having own car
- Well versed with the Singapore customer base and market, especially the ones in Jurong island
- Solid technical knowledge of valves, instrumentation, and measurement systems
[Advantage]
- Experience in handling customers in Pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Chinese to communicate with Chinese speaking customers
