Responsibilities:

• Provide quotations and handle requests related to motor insurance for clients and partners.
• Coordinate with insurers’ underwriting, processing, service, and support teams for quotations, referrals, and appeals.
• Promptly respond to Salesforce leads and inquiries.
• Prepare documents related to transacted business.
• Address insurance-related queries from customers and partners.
• Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the quotation process through digitalization.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the general insurance industry.
• Possess a minimum of 2 industry certificates (e.g., BCP, PGI, ComGI).
• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• Good analytical, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce).
• Knowledge of the motor insurance market is a plus.
• Experience in underwriting, claims, quotations, or insurance customer service is beneficial.
