Branch Relationship Manager

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with individual clients, providing personalized financial services and solutions tailored to their needs.
• Identify and acquire new clients to grow the portfolio and ensure business targets are met.
• Provide comprehensive advice on wealth management, investment products, loans, and other banking services to meet clients’ financial objectives.
• Monitor and manage client portfolios, ensuring they are in line with clients’ risk profiles, goals, and preferences.
• Cross-sell and upsell a range of banking products such as insurance, credit cards, investments and loans to enhance the customer experience and meet revenue targets.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and performance targets in line with business goals.
• Ensure all activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Stay up to date with market trends, financial products, and competitor offerings to provide the best possible advice to clients.
• Provide high-quality service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive banking experience.

Key Requirements:

• Degree Holder.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in wealth management or relationship management within a bank or financial institution.
