Assistant Manager [Customer Service / Japanese Speaking}

Responsibilities:
- Handling correspondence from Head quarters
- Support card member by providing tourist and local information, reservation work and assistance with all credit card related matter
- Always follow up on requests made by customers
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Deal with all enquiries as well as complaints made by customers in a professional and courteous manner on the telephone, online via Line or via email.
- Keep current promotion, tourist and local information provided for the card member up-to-date
- Carry out the Sales promotion by offering good and attractive privileges or information to the card member (year-long offer)
- Contribute to expand our bank’s acceptance in Singapore by promoting the acceptance of our bank’s card by shops and also usage of our bank’s card by customers
- Maintain and improve the relationships with current merchants and establish the relationships with new merchants
- Manage the day-to-day operation of Plaza Lounge
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Min 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry with strong customer service skills & ability to handle demanding customers
- Proficiency in Japanese to liaise/negotiate with Japanese speaking customers
- Good knowledge of all tourists related requirements and credit card matter
- Intermediate PC skills
- Good writing skills
