Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery and installation of bag-making machines (industrial machinery) at client sites.
• Ensure proper setup and functioning of machinery as per company standards.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on the correct operation and maintenance of the equipment.
• Provide clear and detailed demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Address customer inquiries and provide effective solutions for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure the longevity of machinery.
• Collaborate closely with the technical team at the headquarters in Japan to resolve complex technical issues.
• Relay customer feedback to improve product design and performance.
• Any other ad-hoc assigned. 

  
Requirements:
