Administrative Assistant (Part-Time) ー Japanese Speaking

Job Description: 
*Work 2 to 3 days per week, approximately half a day (flexible scheduling for morning or afternoon based on daily needs)

  • Purchase office supplies and other products, and handle invoice processing
  • Prepare shipping labels for domestic and international product shipments (packing assistance provided)
  • Issue invoices, organize purchase orders (PO), and perform month-end closing tasks
  • Handle other general administrative duties, such as troubleshooting printer and network issues

Requirements :
[MUST]

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant admin experience
  • Demonstrated flexibility and a collaborative approach to assisting team members
  • Proficiency in Japanese to liaise with Japanese Headquarter.
