Job Description:
- Purchase office supplies and other products, and handle invoice processing
- Prepare shipping labels for domestic and international product shipments (packing assistance provided)
- Issue invoices, organize purchase orders (PO), and perform month-end closing tasks
- Handle other general administrative duties, such as troubleshooting printer and network issues
Requirements :
[MUST]
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant admin experience
- Demonstrated flexibility and a collaborative approach to assisting team members
- Proficiency in Japanese to liaise with Japanese Headquarter.
