Responsibilities :
1. Head Office Coordination
- Communicating and coordinating with the head office in Japanese
- Providing support for internal audits
- Responding appropriately to inquiries from various departments at the head office.
- Sharing information and coordinating between departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
2. Internal Control-Related Tasks
- Proposing and supporting the implementation of business process improvements based on internal controls.
- Conducting internal audits and assisting in reviewing and improving business processes.
3. Other Assigned Tasks
- Handling other management and operational tasks as instructed by the head office.
- Assisting with document preparation and data entry as needed.
Requirements :
- Prior work experience.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
- Skilled in basic computer skills, including Excel.
- Proficiency in Japanese to liaise with Headquarter in Japan
- Experience with JSOX
- Knowledge related to auditing and process improvement
