Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue opportunities with new and existing clients.
- Deliver company profile, service presentations, and prepare maintenance contracts and repair quotations.
- Estimate costs and calculate client quotations.
- Respond promptly, negotiate win-win deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor, update, and maintain maintenance contracts and repair business.
- Assess, estimate, and manage repair and upgrade projects.
- Analyze breakdowns and recommend repair/upgrading solutions.
- Secure new contracts and recapture lost units from competitors.
- Handle contract-related issues, pricing adjustments, and profitability analysis.
- Act as the “Voice of Customer,” ensuring expectations are met and concerns addressed.
Requirements:
- 3 years of sales experience in the elevator and escalator industry.
- Strong knowledge of products, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Proven B2B sales, business development, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Strong negotiation skills in pricing and contract discussions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging stakeholders.
- Effective problem-solving and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
