•Visiting potential customers (Corporate Clients, Travel Agencies, etc. ) to prospect for new business.
•Endorsing and servicing new and existing business and managing delivery of efficient and effective client service for outbound travel arrangements.
•Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
•Conducting market research.
•Representing the organization at trade exhibitions & events;
•Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
•Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
•Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations;
•Other adhoc duties as assigned.
-At least 2 years similar work experience in the travel industry
-Must be Fluent in English and excellent in written and verbal Japanese communication skills to be able to communicate efficiently with our Japanese speaking clients. (At least JLPT2)
