Currently Singapore is being ranked number one by the world bank as the best place to do business. With continued growth as a business, financial and tourist centre, many foreign investors are pouring in to set up office here.

 

In an effort to fufill and maintain sustainable growth, Singapore is preparing to establish its fourth publically funded university and create approximately 2,400 university places by 2015, divided equally for polytechnic and A-level Singaporean graduates.

This university will first start off with disciplines such as design and architecture, engineering and applied sciences, business and information technology to drive the growing property, building and construction industry.
