For Job Seekers
Does Good Job Creations set a bond or penal regulations to candidates' resignation after join the company which is introduced by Good Job Creations?
No, we don't. We never tie candidates to such regulations.
We always try our best to introduce right oppotunities which are suitable for candidates.
Do job applicants have to pay for recruitment service?
Not at all. All service for job seekers will be provided for FREE.
Is it possible to apply without working experience in Singapore?
No problem. Many of our candidates got offer from companies without any experience working abroad.
Is it necessary to visit Singapore for job hunting?
Some companies may have interview using online (ex; Skype) but you will have to visit Singapore eventually.
Do I have to have a Singaporean mobile phone?
We strongly recommend candidates to buy ‘pre-paid’ cellphone.
Do we have to pay any fees for sourcing /interviewing the candidates?
Sourcing/ Interviewing candidates are all for FREE.
You can see and interview candidates as many as you want.
Placement Fee will be accrued only when the candidates start to work. (Success base)
We are start up company and newly hiring. How much are market prices of the Japanese speaker/ Japanese/ Non Japanese?
It could be depends on the experience/ age/ nationality as your requirements.

Can you introduce ONLY Japanese or Japanese speaking candidates?
We can introduce not only Japanese or Japanese speaking candidates
but also other candidates such as local Singaporean and foreigners as your requirements.
How much is the placement service fee?
The consultation fee is calculated based on the candidates’ annual salary.

Do you have any guarantee period?
We have 3 monts guarantee period.
In the event that the candidate leaves the company within the guarantee period,
a one-time replacement will be provided at no cost or will be refunded equivalent to 50% of
the original consultation fee paid, as your choice
