|-Proactively seek out innovative ideas, new retail formats and new to market brands that will create a difference and make it an impact to the retail properties under the management of the company.
-Expand the retail network and influence through strategic alliances with key retailers and industry partners to establish the company as the partner of choice.
-Develop a good understanding of the key business partners’ performance, strategic initiatives and latest tendencies to their business and industry.
-Facilitate strategic discussions with key retail partners and maintain strong relationship with the retailers at Asia Pacific and global level.
-Actively participate in major industry related conferences, events and activities for the purposes of networking with key retail players and raising the profile of the company and the retail developments under its management on the international front.
-Track and monitor the global retail landscape and share upcoming market trends and/or innovations with internal stakeholders.
||-Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration or equivalent
-Minimum 5-10 years of working in similar capacity
-Experience in developing, negotiating and signing industry leading deals with market leaders
-Possess strong network with luxury and international retailers and demonstrate good ability in managing relationship with the retailers at Asia Pacific and global level
-Resourceful and innovative with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
-Proficient in MS Office applications and power point presentations
-Frequent travel may be required
