Background One of the largest shopping mall developers,
-Managing of Concierge Counter and exhibiting excellent customer service skills in the course of duty
-Providing timely and accurate clarification and advice to enquiries from the public
-Handling of customers’ feedback and complaints
-Performing paging and in-house announcement based on the standard guidelines
-Handling and administering of lost and found items
-Customer accident administration
-Assisting in Marcom’s events as well as other promotional activities, such as gift redemptions, gift vouchers etc.
-Handling SISTIC bookings and performing of administrative duties
-Membership recruitment
-Gift Wrapping Services
-Sale of shopping mall's vouchers
-Roving Concierge service
-Other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements -GCE ’O’ Levels and above
-Preferably with 1 or 2 years working experience in similar capacity
-Possess a pleasant disposition and passion for service excellence
-Be proactive and attentive to details
-Required to work on rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays
