|1. Support to regional subsidiaries on HR management by engagement and advisory.
2. Recruitment and selection for assigned positions
3. Assist in development and improvisation of compensation & benefits structure for
local and regional subsidiaries
4. Foreign work passes management(EP/SP/WP)
5. Coordinate and administer staff training program
6. Handle insurance claims and work injury compensations
7. Support assigned HR tasks and absence of HR team-mates.
1. Minimum 3-5 year experience in human resource
2. Experience & independent in recruitment & selection
3. Experience & independent in handling & managing all foreign passes
4. Computer literate and proficient in email communication.
5. Able to travel 30-40% due to regional support role
