Good Job Creations Singapore is a part of the Good Job Creations Asia Group. We are a Professional Recruitment Agency with our network extending throughout the Asia Pacific Region with a particular stronghold in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Beijing. Our vision is to create opportunities for Asian talents in Singapore and across the region.

Leading the company is Managing Director Mr Hideki Saito.

Our Team

Managing Director: Mr. Hideki Saito

Mr. Saito was born in Tokyo in year 1966. He graduated from Daito Bunka University (Japan) with Bachelor of Arts with major in International Relationship and Asian studies in year 1991. After graduating from university, he worked for a retail chain whose operation was extended to the rest of the world.

In year 1993, he made a transfer to the headquarter in Hong Kong, and worked in the human resource department.

In year 1998, after the company was closed down because of bankruptcy, he proceeded to be the HR Manager for a Japanese IT Publishing company. After which, he became the Managing Director of a Thai branch of a major Japanese recruitment firm.

In year 2006, he obtained a Master Degree of Entrepreneur Management, in College of Management, Mahidol University, Thailand

In year 2007, he founded Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd.

Japanese Manager: Ms Rina Kondo

Ms Kondo has about 8 years of experience as a consultant. She worked in the “Japanese Returnees from China Centre of Fukuoka Prefecture” as an interpreter from Mandarin to Japanese. She was an adviser giving job advice and consultations to the Japanese Returnees from China who had been estranged from their homeland for more than 50 years. She then worked in Good Job Creations Shanghai branch as the Japan Desk Manager before her current position as Japanese Manager at Good Job Creations Singapore.

Sales & Marketing Executive: Mr. Hiroshi Takeuchi

Mr Takeuchi graduated from Aoyama Gakuin University in Japan. He has 7 yeas of Sales and Planning experience in Recruitment Industry.

After graduating from university, he worked for a recruitment agancy as sales and planning. After he worked for 7 years, he worked in a Japanese F&B information company to founding a recruitment department and promote the department. To putting his knowledge of recruitment in oversea, he joined Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd as a Sales and Marketing Exective in 2008.

Recruitment Consultant: Ms Ally Lee

Ms. Ally graduated from Nanyang Polytechnic with a Diploma in Electronics, Computer & Communication Engineering, majoring in Information Technology. She has 3 years of sales and admin experience, of which one and half years in the Recruitment Industry. The opportunity to work with professionals from various industries in a people-oriented role brought her into Good Job Creations as a Consultant.
